Mission Statement
The Coal Valley Veterans Memorial Park Committee's mission is to design and build a permanent memorial specifically designed to honor all military veterans who served in the United States Military. This includes all individuals serving any period of service in the Armed Forces in which they are currently serving or have been honorably separated from active or inactive service dating back to the American Revolutionary War.
Our goal is to promote patriotism and to provide respect and recognition to all the men and women who have served, fought and in some cases gave the ultimate sacrifice in defense of this great nation, and to engage the public in the preservation of our country's history.
